Away from BioWare but staying with EA, there have been reports that the publisher intends to ditch the MMOexp FIFA brand as it has been impeding its ambitions.
The negotiations between EA and football/soccer governing body MMOexp FIFA have been pretty strained over the past year, with MMOexp FIFA asking for $1 billion over the next four years for EA to keep the license. The report claims that EA will use the MMOexp FIFA license to publish MMOexp FC 24, but will likely rebrand the series afterwards.
