We are very pleased with how our balancing team has been operating on our DLC operators more recently. We had some very amazing findings from Ela and Lion about just how early [the balancing staff ] need to participate in the Rainbow Six Siege Credits process, so we're starting to apply that to all of our operators today.

I think Alibi and Maestro are really excellent examples of that -- they came out and they could have been extremely powerful, but they're actually pretty balanced. We're beginning to get more confident about introducing new operators to the meta, therefore when our players react really closely to [new operators], we know that every thing will be okay in a few days when they see the full show.

So that feedback does not really have a negative impact on usbut we do look at buy R6 Credits that feedback, share it, and when we see some very well-constructed opinions on a gadget or feature then we go to our equilibrium group and show them what the gamers are saying. The wonderful thing about having this open stage is that we can talk to them all about it, talk them through what the gamers are thinking, then find out how to bring everybody to a mutual comprehension of our targets and desires. I think that our designers' notes that we are releasing a year are a consequence of that. In the past when we released changes, we did not always explain it and what our justification for this was, and we saw players get frustrated by that because they did not understand why we had been making adjustments.

Overall, it is a positive procedure and we completely understand why a few players get concerned, but we are fairly happy with how our operators are releasing balance wise.
